We are seeking a Payroll Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing payroll operations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. The Payroll Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the payroll team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data is maintained
- Provide leadership and guidance to the payroll team
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies
Skills and Qualifications
