About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Books Implementation Consultant with strong migration experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing Zoho Books for SMEs and enterprises, managing complete configurations, and migrating financial data from Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Zoho Books based on client business requirements.
• Set up Chart of Accounts, taxes (GST / TDS), template customization, and banking integration.
• Execute end-to-end data migration from legacy systems (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
• Import master data (customers, vendors, items, opening balances) and transactional data.
• Validate, reconcile, and verify migrated data for 100% accuracy.
• Integrate Zoho Books with Zoho Inventory, CRM, Payroll, and third-party apps.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment.
