Role : IBM BPM Developer

Experience : 6+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 20 Days Preferred

Type : FTE| Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business process solutions using IBM BPM 8.6.
• Build and enhance complex process applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with IBM BPM applications.
• Work on CSHS, integration services, and BPD design to deliver business-critical workflows.
• Manage process application deployments and ensure smooth integration with Oracle RDBMS and other enterprise systems.
• Implement advanced concepts like events, gateways, exception handling at both process and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into BPM solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, security, and documentation.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with new BPM trends, benchmark technology against industry standards, and recommend improvements.
