Role Overview :

The Senior Manager – M & E and Impact will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and enhancement of robust M&E systems across all programs and thematic areas. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, impact measurement, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s evidence-based approach, ensuring high-quality data systems, impactful reporting, and insights that drive innovation, donor confidence, and program excellence.
