Role Overview

The candidate will manage Synergie’s internal monitoring systems and lead client-facing impact-assessment projects.

The role involves building M&E frameworks, conducting evaluations, and engaging with corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

Internal M&E Systems

Design and manage monitoring and evaluation frameworks for Synergie programs.

Define KPIs, data-collection formats, and reporting tools for project teams.

Conduct reviews and prepare internal impact dashboards and reports.

Client Impact Assessments

Lead CSR clients’ baseline, midline, and endline studies.

Develop impact frameworks and measurement plans.

Analyze data and prepare concise, insight-based reports.

Coordinate with research vendors and field teams for quality data collection.

Practice Development & Corporate Engagement

Support proposal writing and concept notes for impact projects.

Maintain relationships with CSR and sustainability heads of corporates.

Leverage existing networks to identify new consulting opportunities.

Document best practices and learning for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Postgraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.

6–8 years

of experience in impact assessment, M&E, or CSR consulting.

Proven experience working with corporate CSR or foundation partners.

Existing connects with CSR or sustainability leaders in large or mid-sized companies.

Strong analytical, Excel, and report-writing skills.

Comfortable engaging with clients, field teams, and partners.
