️ Mandatory Skills

⚛️ React.js (5+ years)

JavaScript / TypeScript

HTML5, CSS3

Strong Coding Skills & Problem-Solving

Team Lead Experience

Excellent Communication Skills

Exposure to Tier-1 Companies

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React.js

Build Hybrid Applications with Responsive Design

Create Reusable Components / Libraries for frontend projects

️ Work with Microservices Architecture (3+ years)

Implement Micro Apps Architecture using Module Federation

Handle real-time updates with Socket.IO and SignalR

Implement Localization / Globalization (Translations)

Containerize apps using Docker

Setup & maintain CI / CD pipelines with GitHub Workflows

Apply SOLID principles, Data Structures, Exception Handling, Design Patterns

♂️ Work in Agile Scrum Teams for delivery excellence

Preferred Skills & Qualities

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Passion for building scalable front-end solutions

Ability to mentor and guide junior developers

Ownership mindset and attention to detail
