To be successful in this role as a AVP Product Control you should possess the following skillsets :

• Manage End to End Product Life cycle (PIR's, Product Attestations, Health checks, Product Reviews).
• Front run - BCCF, NAPA submissions.
• Regulatory Compliance, Attestations.
• Horizon scanning for new regulations and gap analysis.
• Help Implement regulatory requirements.
• Pricing Review & Governance.
• Manage Audits (Internal, External)
• Track audit observations and remediations.
• Annual Policy Reviews.
• Manage ORAC's, Policy Dispensations, track due dates.
• Provide inputs to various control forums.
