The HR Intern will support the recruitment and selection processes, assisting with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the recruitment lifecycle and develop essential HR skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities : Utilize different sourcing methods to identify potential candidates (e.g., online databases, social networks).

Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Communicate with candidates about their application status and provide feedback.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
