experienced Workday Architect

with

expertise

in Workday technologies — specifically

Workday Orchestrate ,

Workday Studio , and

Workday Integrations .

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement Workday solutions that align with evolving business needs

Develop and maintain integrations using

Workday Orchestrate

and

Workday Studio

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions

Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure end-to-end data integrity

Optimize existing integrations to improve performance and scalability

Stay up to date on Workday releases and leverage new features

Document integration processes and provide stakeholder updates

Align Workday architecture with broader IT and organizational goals

Skill Requirements :

6–8 years of hands-on Workday experience, with deep knowledge of

Workday Orchestrate & Studio

Proven success in delivering complex Workday integrations

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Experience working in

hybrid environments

A proactive mindset and passion for leveraging Workday technology to solve real business problems
