This role combines clinical excellence with compassionate care , helping us create meaningful outcomes in the lives of individuals and organizations we serve.

🔍 Job Role & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations , including interviews, case history reviews, observations, and psychological assessments

Diagnose mental health conditions by analyzing test results, behaviors, and patient interactions

Prescribe and monitor medications with attention to efficacy and side effects

Develop individualized treatment plans , track progress, and adjust strategies as needed

Maintain continuous communication with case managers, therapists, and wellness coordinators for holistic care

Collaborate on internal wellbeing initiatives and assessments for AnandBodh team members and partners

✅ Requirements

MD or relevant advanced degree in Psychiatry

Valid license to practice medicine in the respective state or country

Solid understanding of modern psychiatric principles and integrative wellness

Compassionate, collaborative, and confident with excellent communication skills

Bonus : Experience or interest in Ayurveda , Mindfulness , or Holistic Healing
