About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to manage HR operations and provide excellent customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, handling queries efficiently, and maintaining a structured work process remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR activities including onboarding, documentation, and attendance management.
- Support recruitment efforts by screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
- Respond to customer and employee queries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and updates in the CRM.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve HR and service-related issues.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR or Customer Support roles (1+ year preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Familiarity with Google Workspace / MS Office tools.Own laptop and a stable internet connection .Positive attitude, reliability, and self-discipline to work independently.Work Schedule
