  • Key Responsibilities

    Customer Interaction

  • Make outbound calls (for inbound / outbound remittances, follow‑ups, promotions)
  • Handle inbound customer calls (product queries, transactions, general support)
  • Listen actively, diagnose needs, and offer solutions
  • Data & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate call logs and reports
  • Record customer details, interactions, resolutions
  • Update and ensure integrity of customer data
  • Sales & Conversion

  • Convert leads into sales, meeting targets
  • Product Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of product lineup, features, pricing, policies
  • Stay current on new launches, offers, and updates
  • Quality, Compliance & Escalation

  • Follow call center protocols, scripts, and quality standards
  • Track performance metrics (e.G. handle time, CSAT, adherence)
  • Participate in QA reviews
  • Escalate complex issues;
  • coordinate with other teams to resolve
