Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage the Paramount Campus to Corporate Program (PCCP) end to end. This role involves collaborating with universities, managing program operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of all learning interventions. In addition to PCCP, the role will support and drive other Learning & Development initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

PCCP Program Management

• Manage the end-to-end execution of the PCCP, including planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation.
• Liaise with universities, students, faculty, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of the program.
• Coordinate with industry experts and mentors for live sessions, mentorship, and projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of program milestones, assessments, and capstone projects.
• Monitor learner engagement, attendance, and completion metrics.
• Maintain and update program content in collaboration with cybersecurity professionals.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the learner experience.
• Manage certification, placement coordination, and alumni engagement for PCCP graduates.
