Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled

Technical Trainer

to deliver high-impact

B2B and B2C training sessions . The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, mentoring, and enabling learners to gain hands-on expertise. Trainers with knowledge in any of the below domains are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective training programs (classroom, online, or blended) for students and corporate professionals.

Design and develop course content, hands-on labs, assessments, and project-based learning materials.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in respective technologies.

Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure progress.

Customize training modules based on client requirements (for B2B training).

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve course quality and delivery standards.

Mentor and guide learners towards career growth and certification readiness.

Training Domains (Any of the following) :

Programming Languages : C / C++ / Java / Python

Frontend Technologies : React.js

Full Stack Development : MERN stack

Cyber Security

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.

Proven expertise in at least one of the above technologies.

Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred, but not mandatory).

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver hands-on practical learning.

Industry certifications (if any) in respective domains will be an added advantage.
