Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Learning and Development
Trainer to deliver effective training programs. The ideal candidate will possess
exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and
fostering a positive learning environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
⦁ Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions on Java SpringBoot, catering
to various learning styles.
⦁ Create training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and
assessments.
⦁ Facilitate interactive learning experiences, encouraging active participation and
knowledge sharing.
⦁ Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and address individual
learning needs.
⦁ Collaborate with the L&D committee to identify training needs and continuously
improve training programs.
⦁ Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java SpringBoot and related
technologies.
⦁ Maintain accurate training records and report on training outcomes.
⦁ Adapt training content and delivery methods as needed based on feedback and
evolving needs.
Tech Skills :
⦁ Primary : Java SpringBoot (essential)
⦁ Secondary : Python, Git, NoSQL & SQL databases and other relevant technologies.
⦁ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⦁ Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing training needs.
⦁ Problem-solving and analytical skills.
You should have :
⦁ At least 4 years of experience as a Trainer / Teacher.
⦁ Previous training experience in Java Springboot.
⦁ Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in English.
⦁ Good time-management skills.
⦁ The ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
⦁ The traits of a self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented team player.
⦁ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
⦁ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
