Hotel Sales and Reservations Executive

At Ekat Travel & Lodging, we conceptualize, design, and manage experiential boutique hotels and properties. Currently, we operate Amrit Bhawan, a tranquil retreat by the Ganga, in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, and are in the process of constructing a new resort property in Tehri-Garhwal. We also regularly organise events and experiences focussed around food, heritage and culture.

Role Description

This is a full-time for a Hotel Sales and Reservations Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing all reservations related whatsapps, calls and emails, converting leads into confirmed bookings and providing exceptional customer service on-line. In addition, the candidate will also be expected to handle travel agent outreach, new lead generation, and reaching out to new properties for potential management contracts under Ekat.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Confidence and Proficiency in English - Verbal and Written
• Ability to work effectively in a hospitality environment with a 'guest first ' approach
• Results Oriented Attitude
• An eye for Detail
• Previous experience in hotel / resort sales and reservations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Connections with luxury travel agents and operators is a plus

Location

At our HQ office in NOIDA OR at the property in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

Salary

Based on qualifications and interview. In the range of 20-30k per month.
