Job descriptionProvide backend support for enterprise customers and overseas partners. Assist with order processing, quotations, and large-volume transactions. Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Share insights to help improve sales conversion and client service. Maintain accurate databases of international clients and resellers. Support CRM adoption and reporting for business teams. Assist with business-oriented product listings and digital channels. Support initiatives to strengthen international e-commerce presence. Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on solutions. BCA, Networking, IT graduates, and B.Tech candidates are encouraged to apply. Interest in IT products, international business, and enterprise sales models. Strong communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets, CRM tools, or basic IT systems preferred. Work with an international client in the IT reseller industry. Gain global exposure to enterprise sales and bulk IT product distribution. Learn how large-scale IT product businesses operate in international markets. Excellent career pathway into Sales Operations, International Business Development, or Key Account Management.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with global enterprise clients, support bulk IT product sales, and gain first-hand exposure to the international B2B IT distribution industry.
