🛠 Your Mission as Manager – EXIM :
- Own imports of LED / LCD / media‑players + exports into global markets (US, Dubai & beyond)
- Build & nurture vendor ecosystems, continuously streamline pricing & compliance (BIS, CE, FCC, e‑waste)
- Dive into market / customs data, generate insights, build dashboards for purchase & logistics
- Lead from the front : oversee QC, freight, CHA & logistics partners, and manage the project lifecycle end to end
- Coach a high‑performance Import team — cross‑train them into exports, run Agile scrums, review cycles
