Email Marketing and Conversion Specialist

Triplespeed is a fast-moving app studio that’s doubled revenue in the last month alone - and we’re just getting started. We’re building profitable, direct-to-consumer brands at speed, and we’re looking for a talented email marketer / direct-response copywriter to help us scale.

As an email marketer, you'll take new email campaign concepts from zero to "sent" on platforms like Klaviyo. You'll manage split-tests on flows, launch campaigns, and analyze data to constantly grow emails as a channel for our portfolio brands.

As a direct-response copywriter, you'll script ads and work with an editor to bring your vision to life.

Key responsibilities :

• Research customer beliefs, desires, and behavior to create buyer personas that inform our marketing strategy.
• Write email concepts and ad briefs based on customer learnings and work closely with an editor / designer to bring your vision to reality.
• Analyze past emails / ads to understand what worked, what didn't work, and what we should do next.

Your primary KPIs will be campaign / flow performance, the amount of adspend your ads get, and the ROAS they achieve.

This role comes with the future possibility of stepping into a leadership role, and becoming the head of the ads or emails team.
