Responsibilities
GCC Hub Control Transition Support :
- Identify and monitor controls transitioning to the GCC Hub, ensuring clarity on roles / responsibilities throughout the handover
- Partner with functional / tower leads to assign control owners for GCC Hub activities
- Collaborate with Internal Control GCC Hub Lead / Manager to develop sustainable post-migration control strategies with shared organizational ownership
Drive Global Control Standard (GCS 4.0) Agenda :
Onboard new GCC hires on PepsiCo GCS COSO framework and coordinate refresher training sessionsIdentify and train Process Owners (PO) and Control Owners (CO) to conduct effective cross-functional risk assessments and improve control designFacilitate risk assessment programs to review processes, identify risks, and design / update controls for risk mitigationEnsure controls align with PepsiCo guidelines and GCC Hub requirementsCoordinate quarterly testing of business process key controls, ensuring adherence to corporate deadlinesReview local policies including Schedule of Authority (SoA) and SAP access controls for segregation of dutiesProcess Optimization :
Collaborate with business process owners to enhance process effectiveness and efficiencyBenchmark GCC Hub processes to adopt best practicesOptimize own performance and recommend improvements to process standards, procedures, and reportingPeople & Communication :
Train COs on self-testing in the GCS Portal and ensure testing software ownership accuracyTrain new POs to certify processesMaintain close communication with local GCC hub teams and global Internal Control organizationPlan and execute long-term personal development aligned with career goalsSkills Required
