Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate - Overseas Education to join our team in Vadodara or Surat. This mid-level, full-time role is ideal for candidates with up to 6 years of relevant work experience. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, building client relationships, and promoting overseas education programs.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, with the ability to identify, target, and engage prospective clients interested in overseas education.
- Must have excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions to students and stakeholders in diverse settings.
- Required proficiency in CRM software to manage student and partner databases, track interactions, and follow up on leads.
- Must have hands-on experience in field marketing, executing campaigns, and engaging clients in-person to boost outreach.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for building rapport with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Strong sales strategy acumen to develop, refine, and execute plans that enhance student enrollments in overseas education programs.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify competitive advantages, and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Roles And Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and convert leads for overseas education programs through outreach, campaigns, and in-person meetings.Conduct engaging presentations and seminars on overseas education opportunities for students and parents.Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and leads in the CRM software system.Plan and execute field marketing activities such as educational fairs, seminars, and school / college visits to increase brand visibility.Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and international educational partners.Collaborate with the sales and counseling teams to deliver a seamless journey from lead generation to enrollment.Stay updated with world education trends, courses, scholarships, and admission requirements for various destinations.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to student registrations and successful enrollments.Skills Required
