HCL Tech Walkin drive on Friday 3rd Oct 2025 - Process Associate / Associate (Voice process)

Eligibility Criteria :

Experience Range : 0 months to 1 year experience in any International BPO (voice process)
Experience Document : Reliving / resignation acceptance is mandatory.
Candidates without proper relieving documents are not eligible.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work from office.

Key Skills :

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Qualifications :

Fresher - B.com, BBA, MBA, MCom, BSC, BCA 2024 & 2025 (only can apply)

No Backlogs

Shift : US Shifts (Night Shift)

Weekends off : Sat & Sun

Transportation : Both pick up & drop

Work Location : Chennai Sholinganallur
