Role & responsibilities :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist with 2 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and screening candidates for roles in Java, .NET, and Software Testing and other Tech.
You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring timely closures of critical technical positions.

( This is a third party payroll-On Contract and the duration of contract will be for 3 months and renewable)
Preferred candidate profile :
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, GitHub).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of basic technical concepts and terminologies.
Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Exposure to volume hiring or startup environments.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for Java, .NET, and Testing roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
