As we grow rapidly, we are looking for a Trainer / Training Content Creator who can support our internal capacity-building efforts across departments, ensuring that our team is well-equipped with technical knowledge and professional skills.

Role Overview :

The Trainer / Training Content Creator will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs tailored to the unique needs of AIQ’s multidisciplinary teams. The scope includes onboarding modules, functional upskilling, and leadership development across both technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities :

Training Design & Delivery :

• Develop comprehensive training roadmaps aligned with team goals and company strategy.
• Conduct skill-gap analysis and create tailored learning interventions.
• Design and deliver live virtual / in-person training sessions on topics such as :
• Technical : GIS tools, Python, QGIS, remote sensing, AI / ML basics, version control, platform walkthroughs, product development lifecycle, etc.
• Non-Technical : Business communication, time management, team collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, workplace conduct, etc.
• Onboard new employees through structured induction training.
