Business Analyst & Digital transformation lead : Data Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to lead and support data-driven digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT business analysis, advanced data analytics, and experience in deploying AI-powered solutions to optimize business processes and outcomes. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that digital transformation strategies are effectively aligned with business goals. This position will be a hands-on role and require someone who is a critical thinker, team player, exceptionally curious, a self-starter, with impeccable attention to detail and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• . Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• . Work with data teams to define KPIs, design dashboards, and extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
• . Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis using data trends and performance metrics.
• . Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI / ML, automation, and analytics.
• . Identify opportunities for applying AI to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.
• . Actively participate in enterprise data governance activities to ensure consistent alignment, evolution, and adherence to standards across data sets.
• . Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, process maps, and test plans.
• . Ensure solutions are compliant with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
• . Develop, document, and refine best practices and standard operating procedures for data collection, cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, and enhancement of data.
• . Champion the importance of managing our data as an asset.
• . Monitor, track and report on ongoing data quality levels and data integrity fallouts across data domains such as customer, vendor, product, sales, marketing, etc.
• . Support data owners, and 3rd party data provider partners on execution of, and adherence to, on-going data quality processes and ongoing data cleansing projects.
• . Perform data cleansing procedures and remediation activities.
• . Enable data standardization and validation measures.
