Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers, establishing quality standards and best practices
• Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
• Develop and maintain QA processes across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
• Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting
• Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function
