Job Purpose
This job exists to onboard vendors and manage code creation process across all businesses with specific emphasis on RBI regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of vendor related data
Provide data within internal / external teams for :
inspections / audits
audits of Credit Operations
audits of other departments within BFL
Managing a team setup at Outsourced / Inhouse location
Monitoring all partner onboarding channel TAT & SLAs.
Handle different type of queries from field team and Business.
Manage escalations from Businesses and other stakeholders.
Managing Quality performance of team.
Initiate multiple projects to minimize error and increase productivity of team
Identify area of opportunities to simplify onboarding journey of partner.
Co-ordination with Business and IT for any process change or new process implementation.
Raising BRDs for any system requirement or change request.
Co-ordination with business team and IT team for system change management and testing
Act as project driver for projects and to produce reports for status / result tracking. Identify process improvement opportunities and champion new initiatives to make process scalable.
Reconciliation between all the systems & to identify the gaps.
Documents storage and reconciliation of codes.
Driving the projects related to AOP LRS to achieve the business goals.
Team management
Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team
Determine individual training needs and development plans to build expertise and enhance skills in the team
Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines
Conducting team discussions on AOP related activities like financials and Projects
Key Decisions / Dimensions
Following decisions are taken by the role :
Facilitate businesses in onboarding right vendors
Ensure seamless execution of code creation on multiple systems
Manage productivity of agents and to keep improving the same
Major Challenges
RBI related vigilance in maintaining vendor related documents (agreements KYC etc.) and data
Multiple system level issues / challenges which take higher time to get resolved
Changes in Regulatory and legal requirement as this impacts the projects decision / changes to be made to the processes
Required Qualifications and Experience
a)Qualifications
MBA / Graduate
b)Work Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial industry
Past experience in onboarding and operations will be an added advantage
Should be aware of RBI norms pertaining to KYC and Outsourcing Compliance
