Role Description

This is a full-time role for freelance HR recruiters, located on-site in Indore. The HR recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, utilizing various recruitment tools and methodologies. Responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The HR recruiters will also be tasked with building relationships with potential candidates and actively seeking out talent that aligns with the organization's needs.

• Sourcing and Screening candidates
• Conducting Interviews and Assessments
• Maintaining candidate databases
• Coordinating with hiring managers
• Building relationships with potential candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Experience in recruitment within various industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
