Job descriptionDesign AI applications tailored to the education sector, such as virtual tutors, automated assessments, and recommendation systems. Collaborate with educators and curriculum designers to align AI functionalities with educational goals. Train and fine-tune LLMs for specific EdTech use cases, ensuring they deliver accurate and meaningful interactions. Apply transfer learning techniques to adapt general models for education-specific tasks. Leverage Claude.ai and Perplexity.ai to create innovative solutions for interactive learning and data-driven insights. Experiment with and incorporate features from emerging Anthropics technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities. Stay abreast of developments in AI and EdTech to implement state-of-the-art solutions. Conduct exploratory research on how advanced AI tools can address key challenges in education. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to deliver AI-powered EdTech features. Clearly communicate AI concepts and capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Ph.D. is an advantage. Proven expertise in working with Claude.ai, Perplexity.ai, and other Anthropics systems. Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Deep understanding of NLP techniques, LLM architectures, and transformer-based models. Experience with API integrations and deploying AI / ML models in production environments. Demonstrated experience in developing AI solutions for educational platforms. Knowledge of challenges in EdTech, including accessibility, data privacy (e.g., FERPA, GDPR), and scalability. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts effectively. A collaborative mindset with a passion for leveraging AI to improve education. Familiarity with adaptive learning systems, gamification in education, or chatbot implementations. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Prior involvement in projects requiring the integration of AI for real-time interactions.
