Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze system data, field issues, QA results, and usage patterns across hospitals and regions.
- Identify trends in defects, hardware / software reliability, and regression behavior.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to surface real-time and historical insights.
- Interpret embedded system logs and product telemetry to identify root causes.
- Monitor key product and quality KPIs, including defect leakage, MTBF, alert noise, and resolution times.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Evaluate and improve internal QA processes and test coverage based on metrics.
- Work with tools like Jira, TestRail, or log analysis platforms to pull, clean, and structure relevant data.
- Suggest data-informed improvements for future product iterations.
