Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI professional to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI development , data modeling , and SQL , along with experience leading BI initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models .
• Connect, transform, and integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Azure, Excel, and APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage user access within Power BI Service.
• Optimize and tune Power BI datasets, dataflows, and queries for performance and scalability.
• Lead data modeling and ETL processes using Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
• Establish best practices for data visualization, report design, and governance .
• Manage Power BI workspace administration, gateway configuration, and deployment pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall BI strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
