About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our full-stack development team. You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to shape our technology roadmap. This is a leadership role where technical expertise, people management, and strategic thinking go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and growth.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture for web and backend systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in hands-on coding and code reviews, mentoring team members and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage resource planning, hiring, and onboarding for the engineering team.
• Monitor and improve system performance, security, and code quality.
