Junior Webflow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Webflow Developer with 1–2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages. You’ll collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences, integrate tools, and optimize for speed, SEO, and conversions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow their Webflow expertise.

The Charter will include

Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations

Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality

Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life

Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.)

Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts

Implement analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensure data accuracy

Support A / B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring

Ideal Persona Would Have

1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures

Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages

Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.

Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel).

Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc).

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.

Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
