Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Support Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for assisting and supporting customers through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, and delivering high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
