Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Manager to drive bench sales operations and candidate acquisition for our US Staffing business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with proxy sources and third-party recruiters to increase consultant placement success.
Responsibilities : Hunt and acquire H1B transfer candidates and bring them onto our payroll.
Build and maintain strong relationships with proxy sources and third-party recruiters to increase consultant placement success.
Market available bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC) effectively to secure client project opportunities.
Coordinate with consultants for resume preparation, interviews, rate negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain an updated database of available consultants and regularly track candidate status.
Ensure quick turnaround time for consultant deployment onto projects.
Achieve monthly & quarterly targets for H1B transfers and bench placements.
Qualifications : 5-10 years of experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing with proven success in H1B candidate acquisition & transfers.
Strong network of proxy sources, consultants, and candidate pipelines within the US IT staffing market.
Deep understanding of US immigration processes (H1B transfers, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, USC).
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with candidates Clients Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple consultants simultaneously.
