Senior SAP FICO Consultant - E2E Implementation

Role : Senior SAP Finance & Control (FICO) Consultant - Mumbai

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and S / 4HANA migration projects. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implementation & Configuration : Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Business Process Analysis : Analyze and understand complex financial business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Module Expertise : Demonstrate strong expertise in core SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO). This includes product costing, profitability analysis (CO-PA), and internal orders.
• S / 4HANA Transformation : Act as a key resource in S / 4HANA migration and implementation projects, leveraging functionalities like the Universal Journal and new asset accounting.
• Solution Design : Design and document detailed functional specifications for custom developments (e.g., reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms) and collaborate with the technical team (ABAP) to ensure successful delivery.
• Project Leadership : Lead and manage project teams, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with business stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Testing & Training : Develop test scripts, perform system and user acceptance testing, and provide comprehensive training to end-users.
• Support & Enhancement : Provide post-go-live support and work on continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
