Key Responsibilities :
Teaching Your Subject (60% of Time)
- Utilize existing resources and design innovative Annual Plans, Unit Plans, and Lesson Plans
- Teach one or two subjects of expertise to a class of approximately 30 students
- Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor student learning and provide feedback
- Foster a positive and strong school culture focused on learning and joy
- Collaborate with parents through regular meetings to support a positive learning environment
Mentoring Students (20% of Time)
Mentor 15–20 students throughout the academic yearDevelop strategies to build strong study habits, ensure high attendance, and motivate students to excel; share best practices across teachersGuide students in identifying a suitable career path after Grade XLeading School Projects (20% of Time)
Collaborate with the School Principal and Vice Principal to lead key school projects such as Annual Day, Sports Day, and Hobby ClubsLeverage project leadership opportunities to enhance personal leadership skills and mentor new teachersEducation & Experience
B.Ed / D.Ed with more than 60% marksCTET (Paper 1 or 2) or MHTET certificationSkills Required
