Ability to motivate students and manage classroom dynamics. Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Education. Experience with online or blended learning platforms. Skills in STEM education and project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the curriculum in Mathematics and Physics.
- Develop learning materials, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Encourage student participation and curiosity through interactive teaching methods.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing timely feedback.
- Support students' preparation for exams and competitions.
- Incorporate technology and lab experiments to enhance learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff about student performance.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
