Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Test Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our QA team in Thane. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our innovative enterprise-grade applications by applying strong testing principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and analyze system requirements and technical specifications.
Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios (manual and automated).
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Log, track, and manage defects using tools like Jira.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers.
Participate actively in Agile / Scrum development processes.
Ensure test coverage, documentation, and compliance with SDLC and QMS processes.
Support in building and maintaining test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestComplete, etc.).

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge :

2–4 years of experience in software testing.

Strong understanding of QMS (Quality Management Systems) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) .

Knowledge of engineering and software testing procedures.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium and TestComplete .

Working knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, etc.

Understanding of materials, electronic circuits, and equipment functions (especially relevant for embedded or hardware-interfacing systems).

Familiarity with bug tracking and version control systems (Jira, Git).

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

A strong team player with a problem-solving attitude and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.

Experience working on B2B, enterprise software, or fintech platforms is a plus.
