Configuration Manager

We are looking for 6+ years of Experienecd Service asset and configuration management will ensure that assets required to deliver services are properly controlled, and accurate and reliable information about those assets is available when and where it is needed.

• Act as a focal point for all configuration management tasks / activities to be executedDevelop configuration management plans, milestones and schedules for projects
• Identify configuration items, implement change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audit
• Participate in design and change reviews to enforce and ensure adherence to configuration procedures.
• Evaluate existing system configurations and recommend changes to improve or enhance performance and maintainability
• Conduct CMDB audits to ensure all configuration policies and procedures are being followed and adhered
• Perform configuration status accounting on configuration data and tract the configuration status on a continuous basis
• Assist in configuration audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Generate and publish configuration management reports including impact analysis reports and Configuration status reports
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by interacting with various teams and recommend improvements for configuration management
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience working as configuration manager
• Should possess good understanding of ITIL® V3 OR ITIL4 service lifecycle modules
• Should have strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
