We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and growth through digital channels. This is a hands-on role where you will own campaigns end-to-end, optimize funnels, and directly impact business growth.Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and app store channels.
• Manage the customer acquisition funnel and monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, and LTV.
• Run and scale lead generation campaigns targeting the global NRI audience.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Leverage A / B testing to optimize creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Use analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage performance marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
• Work directly with founders and leadership to align marketing with strategic goals.
