Navigate product - and sales related inquiries - Demo webinar sign-ups, product sign-ups (PQL), book a demo (custom)help remove any technical barrier for the prospect to increase engagement with the software — educate the users on the nuances of the product to unlock valueDrive engagement with prospects and customers through - webinars, email support, demo callsUpon activation, perform group onboarding consultations to increase user adoption to go-live and start processingBuild relationships and rapport with users and customers, be their go-to-person for anything technical related queriesCollaborate with sales engineers for complex use-cases and with product and engineering teams to provide feedback that shall help optimize the customer experienceDevelop strong sales and product knowledgeWho you are :
2+ years of experience in client facing rolesGood problem solving skills — ability to simplify complex problems and provide solution to the customersCurious by nature and bring a growth mindset to work every dayDetail oriented, organized, and empathetic by nature and are willing to step into customers’ shoes
