Job Title : School Head, Primary School

Location : Thane

Job Overview : The School Head, Primary school is responsible for the overall functioning of the primary school. This includes supervising the academic program and ensuring strong student outcomes by working with the Instructional coach and teachers. The Head is also in charge of ensuring that the focus areas, various events that are conducted through the year and the activities conducted by the co-curricular departments contribute to the holistic development of the students.

Main Roles & Responsibilities :

1.   Strategy, Goal setting & Implementation :

• Co-develops yearly priorities and converts them into section-level strategies with clear milestones and monitoring.
• Leads and reviews implementation for their section, making course corrections and aligning with the Instructional Coach.
• Works with co-curricular teachers to set and execute goals for their domains.
