About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Engineering – Treasury & Liquidity to lead our technology vision, engineering strategy, and large-scale delivery for mission-critical treasury platforms. This leader will drive engineering excellence, modern practices, and high-performing teams while working closely with product & business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a 100+ member engineering organisation , including managers, architects, developers, and QA.
• Define and implement robust engineering practices, coding standards, CI / CD, DevOps, and API-driven architectures .
• Own the end-to-end delivery of Treasury & Liquidity Technology platforms , ensuring stability, scalability, and high availability.
• Partner closely with Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Product teams to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Drive modernization initiatives across the tech stack including microservices, cloud adoption, and event-driven systems .
• Mentor and develop engineering leaders; build a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee governance, engineering KPIs, technology roadmap, and budget planning.
• Ensure systems adhere to regulatory requirements and enterprise security standards.
