The Opportunity Join our rapidly expanding India team to craft and deliver high-touch, global travel experiences. You will work closely with UHNI clients, global partners, and the India and Dubai leadership team to bring extraordinary journeys to life.

What You'll Do Design refined, highly personalized itineraries across global destinations

Liaise with DMCs, hotels, guides, and premium partners for seamless execution

Create detailed operational plans — day sheets, vouchers, contact protocols

Manage client communication across pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip stages

Support invoicing, vendor coordination, CRM updates, reconciliations

Drive operational excellence through SOPs, reporting, and process upgrades

What You Bring 2–4 years in luxury travel, DMC ops, or premium hospitality

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ownership

Strong proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace (Canva is a plus)

A passion for travel — and ideally, international travel exposure
