Oikos Property Developments is a rapidly growing company active in the real estate sector. We would like to include in our team a Business Development Manager, fluent in Hindi, for permanent occupation full time.
Your Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international property markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, agents, and institutional clients
- Execute sales strategies and close deals
- Attend international property exhibitions and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to streamline cross-border transactions
- Provide market insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making
Your Profile :
Proven track record in international real estate sales or business development (3+ years preferred)Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of other languages is a plusStrong negotiation and communication skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to global business environmentsFamiliarity with real estate CRM tools and platformsAbility to travel internationally when requiredWhat we offer :
