Architect for Workplace Interiors (Commercial) with 1-3 years experience
As an Aldecor Designer for workplace, you will be responsible for creating functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project. Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client's needs and expectations
- Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients
- Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D)
- Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept
- Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing
- Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards
- Work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets
- Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and advice
- Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations.
