Key Responsibilities

• Property Transformation – Lead end-to-end revamp of leased / partner-tied properties into Zolo-branded living spaces.
• Design & Space Planning – Optimize layouts to maximize capacity and create engaging common areas while staying cost-efficient.
• Project Oversight – Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multiple parallel projects.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination – Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Innovation & Material Choices – Explore modular, sustainable, and cost-effective materials to scale across projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with business, operations, and leadership teams to align design with business needs.
