Weaving Preparatory - Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Yarn Dyed (YD) and Indigo Weaving Support :
• Support and stabilize yarn-dyed and indigo weaving preparatory processes to ensure consistent production.
• Maintain an efficient workflow across all preparatory departments.
• Shift Supervision :
• Supervise shift operations across all preparatory departments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules.
• Allocate tasks and manage workforce efficiency during shifts to meet production targets.
• Performance Management in Key Operations :
• Ensure optimal performance in the following processes :
• Rewinding : Monitor and control the rewinding process to ensure smooth operation and quality output.
• Direct Warping : Oversee the direct warping process to ensure timely and accurate production.
• Sectional Warping : Supervise sectional warping to maintain consistency and prevent errors in the preparation.
• Sizing : Ensure the sizing process is conducted according to production standards.
• Manpower Management :
• Efficiently manage and allocate manpower across shifts to maintain consistent operations.
• Ensure that all team members are properly trained and aware of their roles and responsibilities.
• Quality Monitoring :
• Monitor production quality, ensuring that the final output meets company and industry standards.
• Perform regular quality checks and troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution :
• Identify and resolve technical and process-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement corrective actions and improvements as necessary.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Maintain accurate records of production processes, manpower allocation, and performance metrics.
• Report key production data to senior management and suggest improvements.
