Lead Dotnet Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented developer with hands-on experience in Akumina CMS and Microsoft SharePoint to join our digital solutions team.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining content management and collaboration platforms that support enterprise-wide business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain web-based solutions using Akumina CMS and SharePoint Online / Server.

Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts to integrate with Akumina CMS .

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure seamless content migration and synchronization between Akumina CMS and SharePoint.

Implement security protocols, user permissions, and governance policies across both platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS and SharePoint performance and functionality.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in both Akumina CMS and SharePoint.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

6+ years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, 2016 / 2019).

Experience working with Akumina CMS .

Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and PowerShell.

Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions.

Experience with integrating third-party systems into SharePoint.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-101).

Experience with Office 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Experience with enterprise content governance and compliance
